Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant
- Location: 2001 Ross Ave #2800, Dallas, TX 75201
- Contract Duration: 6 months with high possibility of extension
- Pay Rate: $29.00/hr on W2 | W/O Benefits
About the Role:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support various teams in a fast-paced environment.
You'll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, handle calls, and provide general administrative support. Flexibility and discretion are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support multiple teams and provide coverage as needed.
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings/calls.
- Handle phone calls professionally and take detailed messages.
- Arrange travel (domestic/international) and process expenses.
- Coordinate internal/client meetings (rooms, catering, materials).
- Perform general administrative duties (phone, filing, etc.).
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Act as an integral team member, aware of priorities.
- Adhere to compliance regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting executives.
- Financial services/private sector/government experience preferred.
- Excellent judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Calm under pressure; able to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Quick learner with strong anticipation skills.
- Proactive problem-solver and independent thinker.
- High integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Zoom.
- Familiarity with expense platforms (e.g., SAP Concur).
- Supportive team player with a positive attitude.
