Job Title: Interventional Radiologist
Location: Urbana, Illinois
Compensation: $675,000 – $730,000 annually + comprehensive benefits
Position Overview:
An established Interventional Radiology team in Urbana, Illinois is seeking an additional BE/BC Interventional Radiologist. This role offers a 100% Interventional Radiology practice with access to advanced technology, a wide range of procedures, and strong collaboration with vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and oncology specialists.
Opportunity Highlights:
- 100% Interventional Radiology practice, including vascular ultrasound
- Comprehensive procedures using the latest techniques and instruments
- Interventional Oncology services: percutaneous tumor ablation, Y90, and close collaboration with a dedicated Cancer Institute
- IR-led PE response team providing pulmonary embolectomy and CDT
- Treatments include portal hypertension, peripheral arterial disease, and venous disease
- Opportunity to expand into newer techniques such as PAE and GAE
- 1:5 weekly IR call, beginning at 5:00 pm
- State-of-the-art Siemens and Philips peripheral labs, Siemens Artis Q biplane room, procedural CT scanner, and iU22 ultrasound
- Dedicated IR suites, IR clinic/staff, vein center, and office space
- Coverage for only one hospital
- Opportunities for academic and/or research affiliation with a leading engineering-based medical school
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive compensation $675,000 – $730,000 annually
