We are considering applicants for our restaurants Front of House service team. A professional who has a passion for serving fresh, quality food and providing fast, friendly service to their customers. As a leader of our service team, you will work along with a talented pool of professionals with a passion for serving. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week, opportunity. All applicants for this role must meet certain expectations in order to be able to perform their role.
They include:
*The ability to either open or to close the restaurant. Opening leaders would have to be available to work as early as 5:30am. Closing Leaders would have to be available to work until 11pm. The ability to work either day or night shift is a requirement; flexibility is generally afforded.
* The ability to work Saturdays!
*"Out of this world" customer service skills. We consider customer service to be the most important thing that we provide our guests who dine with us.
*Demonstrate the "Three C's" Competency, Chemistry, & Character.
*Coaching Mentality. Our leaders are responsible for the development of our team. The ability to coach and communicate to others is a must.
