Sales Administrator


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support our sales operations, enhance customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records

- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals as needed

- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth operations

- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely support to enhance customer satisfaction

- Track sales performance metrics and assist in analyzing sales data for strategic planning

- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data integrity and accessibility

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or related roles

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation

- Knowledge of sales processes and basic understanding of sales metrics is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred
