We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the movement of trucks, personnel, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to think quickly and problem solve in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of trucks and drivers.
- Receive and process customer orders and requests for service.
- Schedule and dispatch trucks to customer locations in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of vehicle maintenance, repair, and fuel usage.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure they are following the assigned routes.
- Track vehicles using GPS systems and other tracking technologies.
- Provide customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,000.00 per week
