Your mission

On our Auto Process (Cutting Instruments) line, you will:

• Run automated equipment and keep production flowing safely and efficiently
• Use gauges and fixtures to verify quality and apply statistical oversight to spot trends early
• Perform optical tool inspections; handle assembly, set-ups, and line clearance
• Execute mechanical and negative checks and manage smooth changeovers
• Follow Work Instructions, SOPs, and Good Manufacturing/Documentation Practices with meticulous recordkeeping
• Troubleshoot minor issues fast, handle materials properly, and complete required training
• Meet role expectations while championing compliance and continuous improvement

What it takes

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English (read, write, understand, communicate)
• 2nd Shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM EST
• Onsite position
• No sponsorship or relocation support
