Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful impact in education by supporting students’ communication skills in a collaborative school environment. This contract opportunity seeks passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including recent Clinical Fellowship (CF) graduates, for part-time onsite roles for the 2026–2027 academic year. With several FTE options available, you’ll work with elementary and middle school students at area schools, fostering growth and helping students achieve their full potential.

Your expertise will support a diverse student caseload at Northdale Middle School, Hamilton Elementary, Mississippi Elementary, and Rum River. The assignment begins in late August 2026 and continues through mid-June 2027. This position is structured for Monday to Friday, with flexible part-time scheduling up to a combined 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP license with dual certification (must attach PDF with application)
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but open to CF candidates
  • Experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple caseloads across different sites
  • Passion for supporting students’ language, communication, and educational success

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy in accordance with IEPs
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals
  • Monitor student progress and document services provided
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school events
