We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with insurance experience to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will handle client inquiries, process policy changes, and provide support to ensure clients receive exceptional service. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of insurance processes and products.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and billing questions.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately.
  • Provide support in claims reporting and guide clients through the claims process.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues or obtain policy information.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the agency management system.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional insurance products.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and state insurance regulations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client needs promptly and professionally.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service within the insurance industry (Property & Casualty, Life, or Health).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
