Position Summary:Dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently, resolve issues promptly, and deliver a positive customer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently ensuring a positive outcome.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services and guide customers through their purchasing journey.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computers and support tools
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time working on a computer
- Having close vision for computer as well as color vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Occasional presence on the production floor
