Responsibilities
Client Acquisition: Engage actively in sourcing new clients and building a strong client base through various sales methodologies and networking.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of potential clients to identify their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.
Presentation and Proposal: Deliver informative presentations to clients, outlining the benefits of recommended insurance plans.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy administration, ensuring all paperwork and compliance matters are handled efficiently.
Renewals: Keep track of policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients to ensure continuity of coverage.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies to better advise clients.
Customer Relationship: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements
Licensing: Active 220 insurance sales license in the state of Florida is required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar field is highly advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
Problem Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
