Electronics Test Technician – Direct Hire

Location: Mount Pleasant, WI

Pay: 24–27/hr starting pay (with shift premiums for 2nd and 3rd shift)

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production test issues and escalate findings to Test Engineers

• Repair and maintain test fixtures and stations

• Document testing procedures and assist with updates to SOPs

• Support test station setup, modeling, and pilot runs

• Work with computer hardware (CPUs, NICs, memory) and network equipment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical coursework a plus

• 0–2+ years of experience with PCB assembly, electronics, or testing

• Ability to read schematics, test logs, and diagrams

• Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX preferred

• Familiarity with electrical components and troubleshooting tools

Shifts and Pay

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (24–27/hr DOE)

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (+10% premium)

• 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM (+10% premium)
