Job DescriptionBank Teller: Rock Falls, IllinoisOur customer in Rock Falls, Illinois, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Bank Tellers to work part-time or full-time on 1st shift. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions and supporting daily branch operations. Responsibilities of the Bank Teller:
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine banking transactions.
- Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily and resolve any discrepancies.
- Answer customer questions and resolve account issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Inform customers about bank products and services.
- Track, record, and store transactions and customer information accurately.
- Package cash and roll coins for storage in drawers or the bank vault.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow all banking policies and procedures.
Bank Teller Requirements and Qualifications:
- Cash handling experience required.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
- Ability to work 36–40 hours per week if full-time.
- Must be available Monday–Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm and most Saturdays from 7:00am–12:00pm.
Pay for Bank Teller: $16.00/hour. Bank Teller Benefits:

- Five (5) sick/personal days after probation
- Two (2) weeks of vacation after one year of service.
Type: 1st Shift, Part-time or Full-time. Schedule: Varied schedule Monday – Friday between 7:00am – 5:00pm with most Saturdays from 7:00am – 12:00pm. Minimum of 25+ hours per week. Apply now!
