The Massage Therapist will collaborate closely with the Wellness Spa Manager to deliver high-quality massage services, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to Texas state regulations.
Duties and responsibilities
The following outlines the job duties set forth for the Massage Therapist.
- Achieve daily sales targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of massage therapy rooms.
- Attend and actively participate in monthly staff meetings.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.
- Review the communications book daily for updates and information.
- Adhere to CCAC Company service standards at all times.
- Participate in all CCAC meetings.
- Handle phone logs, including booking appointments, contacting new members, sending emails, and making reminder calls.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of each shift.
- Perform laundry duties as required.
- Prepare and manage commission reports.
- Report any safety concerns to the manager immediately.
- Uphold and promote the company's mission statement.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Assist in other areas of the Club as needed.
Qualifications
18 years old
State licensure, continuing education and liability insurance
First Aid and CPR qualifications
Experience preferred
General computer skills
Good organization and communication skills
Self-motivated and self-reliant
Able to complete assigned tasks
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Working conditions
The Massage Therapist position offers a flexible schedule with morning and evening shifts, including some weekends.
Physical requirements
The role of a Massage Therapist is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks such as handling laundry.
