Position Summary
The Superintendent is responsible for leading field operations across high-end residential construction projects from mobilization through completion. This role ensures design intent is translated into built reality through disciplined execution, strong trade leadership, and an unwavering commitment to quality and safety.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities
Project Execution & Field Leadership
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion
- Plan and manage sequencing, schedules, and daily work plans
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and to specification
- Oversee framing, structural work, and critical path activities
Quality & Craftsmanship
- Enforce quality standards at every phase of construction
- Identify and resolve issues early to minimize rework
- Maintain job sites that reflect a high standard of professionalism
Stakeholder Alignment
- Partner closely with Project Managers, vendors, inspectors, and clients
- Represent Christopher Gate Construction professionally with all stakeholders
- Foster strong trade partner accountability and collaboration
Documentation & Systems Discipline
- Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, photos, punch lists, and documentation in Procore
- Ensure project documentation remains current and reliable as the source of truth
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company policies without exception
- Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

- Projects progress with clarity, structure, and minimal rework
- Job sites are orderly, safe, and professionally run
- Trades are aligned, accountable, and productive
- Quality issues are identified and resolved early
- Systems and documentation are consistently maintained

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end residential projects
- Deep technical knowledge of framing, sequencing, and residential construction best practices
- Proven experience using Procore for project documentation and coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and overlapping schedules
- High attention to detail with a proactive quality mindset
- Strong communication skills and confident field leadership
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
