Schedulers are required to keep customer service as the most important part of their position. Main job requirements include answering phone calls, speaking with patients, referrers, insurance companies, etc. and help handle any questions and schedule patients for the exams, also directing to the appropriate party when needed. You will also be responsible for making outgoing calls for certain workflows. Professionalism and communication with all departments is also expected. Folding reports is also a task handled in this role.
Shift: 11:00AM - 7:00PM (Monday - Friday, Thursday Off) 8:00AM - 4:00PM Saturday. Chinese speaker preferred.
