We're partnering with a growing event services organization that is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing team.
This company supports a broad portfolio of corporate events, conferences, trade shows, brand activations, and large-scale experiences across multiple markets throughout the United States. With a robust operational infrastructure and extensive in-house capabilities, they are well-positioned for continued growth and market expansion.

• Understands fast-paced client environments and complex project cycles
• Excels at coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams

Base compensation starts around $115,000 with OTE approximately $200,000.
