Privatus Care Solutions is seeking an experienced sales professional in the healthcare industry for a dynamic opportunity in Palm Beach County. As a provider of private care services, we are established and highly regarded in five states and have been in operation for over twenty years. With our generous compensation plan( base salary + uncapped commissions), the potential for financial success is sky-high!

The successful candidate must be well versed in the challenges of healthcare/aging and capable of providing expert guidance to potential clients. Must be detail oriented and compassionate about assisting families with the utmost of integrity. Must be energetic, strategic, and a team player. Must have excellent communication skills and a presentation that reflects our quality brand. Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven sales success
• Experience in home care and/or in other related healthcare businesses
• Established referral relationships in Palm Beach County, strongly preferred
• College degree preferred
• Nursing degree preferred but not essential

Key responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with case managers, social workers, physicians, and other key referral sources.
• Increase monthly revenue through both making cold calls and scheduled meetings.
• Meet with families and/or potential clients in person to conduct assessment, explain the details of our services, and to recommend options.
• Log all activity in Salesforce
• Participate in weekly sales call via Zoom
