About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Industrial / Powder Coat Painter to join our production team. This position plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and appearance. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and blasting
- Set up and operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovens
- Mix, match, and apply coatings according to specifications
- Inspect finished parts for quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and report issues promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous industrial painting or powder coating experience required
- Strong understanding of surface prep, coating thickness, and curing processes
- Ability to read work orders, follow instructions, and meet production deadlines
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well independently or as part of a team

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
