Day-to-Day:
• Install and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and software.
• Diagnose hardware/software/network issues.
• Provide user support and training.
- Document technical issues and resolutions.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hardware troubleshooting experience
- Deployment and Imaging SCCM experience
- Windows operating experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
