Location: Dental Care at Cosby Village – 15711 Cosby Road, Chesterfield, VA 23832

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation

Bi-weekly hourly pay with the option for Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

Continuing Education (CE) coverage is available!

Your Role as a Dental Hygienist

In this role, you will be acknowledged as a premier clinical provider and patient advocate. You will play a vital role in the patient care team, ensuring that your patients receive the time and attention they deserve. Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid dental hygienist license in Virginia and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as applicable).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Willingness to continue learning and developing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care.
  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office/doctor with or without reasonable accommodations. Adjustments may be made to assist individuals with disabilities in fulfilling the essential functions of the role.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment, and arrangements will be made during the pre-employment process. This does not apply in the states of FL & TN.
