Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of patient care services, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a team of clinical and paraprofessional staff to deliver exceptional care.
• Ensure 24/7 availability of qualified supervisory and clinical staff.
• Implement and monitor Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) and Emergency Preparedness programs.
• Partner with administrators and governing bodies to maintain operational excellence and compliance.
• Drive innovation and solutions to meet the evolving needs of patients and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of home care RN experience within the last 7 years.
• At least 3 years of leadership/management experience in home health care.
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations, standards of practice, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
