Key Responsibilities

Spiritual Leadership: Provide direct emotional and spiritual support to students and staff. Offer Biblical counsel for those navigating personal challenges, grief, or ethical dilemmas.

Instructional Leadership: Drive curriculum innovation. You will oversee the implementation of rigorous, future-ready standards and ensure data-driven instruction translates into student success.

Operational Excellence: Master the "puzzle" of master scheduling. You will design and manage complex schedules that maximize instructional time and support a diverse range of elective offerings.

Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and inspire a large faculty and staff. You will foster a culture of professional growth, accountability, and high morale.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership or a related field. (Doctorate Preferred)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of school leadership experience (Assistant Principal or Principal level), preferably in an upper school setting.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SMS systems and a deep understanding of modern pedagogical frameworks.
