We’re hiring an Admin / Office Manager to support daily office operations and administrative functions for a commercial construction team. This role focuses on organization, coordination, and keeping office workflows running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and reporting
- Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounting coordination
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff
Requirements
- Experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in construction
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with office software and basic accounting tools
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and attention to detail
