We’re hiring an Admin / Office Manager to support daily office operations and administrative functions for a commercial construction team. This role focuses on organization, coordination, and keeping office workflows running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and reporting
  • Handle invoicing, purchase orders, and basic accounting coordination
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and internal staff

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in construction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with office software and basic accounting tools
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
