Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments in line with policies and individualized physical therapy care plans.
  • Ensure all documentation and records are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures relevant to your scope of practice.
  • Identify and respond to patient care priorities with initiative and sound judgment.
  • Successfully complete all required orientations, in-services, and training sessions in a timely manner.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess a valid professional license in the state where you practice.
  • Graduate from a CAPTE accredited program. If trained outside the U.S., your program must be evaluated as substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level education by an APTA-approved credentialing organization.
