We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team. As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide personal care and supportive services that allow patients to remain safely and comfortably at home. Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Home Health Aide (HHA) plays a vital role in maintaining clients' health, dignity, and independence.

• Montgomery County

• Lehigh County

• Berks County

• Northampton County

• Harrisburg

• Pittsburg

✅ Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.

• Support daily living needs including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.

• Provide companionship and help arrange or provide transportation to appointments.

• Take and record vital signs as instructed by the supervising nurse.

• Observe and report any changes in the patient's condition to the RN or Clinical Nurse Manager.

• Document care provided daily per agency policies.

⚙️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program (minimum 75 hours) and competency exam.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.

• Negative TB test and ability to pass background checks.

• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful toward patient care.
