Job DescriptionSuperintendent ---Assistant and Senior-Level Positions Available--- We're a general contractor based in D.C., and we're on the lookout for folks who know their way around multifamily or commercial construction sites. Whether it's ground-up builds or major renovations, we've got some awesome projects in the pipeline and we need sharp, hands-on leaders to help bring them to life. We're hiring for full-time, permanent roles with solid benefits. If you've got experience managing crews, juggling schedules, and keeping job sites safe and productive, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead field operations from precon through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, coordinate trades, and keep quality high
  • Run foreman meetings, resolve day-to-day site issues, and keep things moving
  • Oversee site safety, logistics, and compliance with OSHA standards
  • Track progress with daily reports and photos, and manage inspections and testing
  • Collaborate with PMs, vendors, and city officials to keep everything aligned
  • Review drawings, prep mock-ups, and flag conflicts early

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of construction experience (multifamily preferred), with at least 2 years as a Superintendent or Assistant Super
  • OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR/AED certified
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable with scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project) and basic computer tools
  • A proactive, organized team player who knows how to get things done
