Practice Setting: Outpatient / Rehabilitation Clinic / Home Health
Schedule: Flexible Schedule | 5 Days per Week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist
Note: We work with Medicaid and require clinicians to be capable of performing evaluations and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, exercises, and recovery.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

Supervise and guide Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required.

Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Patient Population:
Patients across various age groups with conditions related to orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological disorders, and mobility impairments.
Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.

Active or eligible state Physical Therapist license.

Ability to evaluate patients and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants.

Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or home health settings preferred.
