Title: Para-Professional
Education & Experience Required :
Practitioner Level 4: Bachelor Degree in helping profession required.
Para-Professional is responsible for all or part of the following duties :
_____Maintain a caseload as assigned
_____Conduct behavioral management and skills training with each individual a minimum of 3 times per week
_____Review and update treatment timeline progress plan as needed with Team Leader
_____Complete weekly team meeting logs and reports for referral sources
_____Attend supervision meeting with Team Leader weekly
_____Conduct new family orientation within 2 days of IFI case approval
_____Consult with referral agencies as needed
_____Identify community linkage resources in preparation for discharge
_____Attend treatment related court hearings
_____Submit all billable and non-billable progress notes weekly
_____Billable unit invoices weekly
_____Attend investigation reviews of serious incidents related to the consumers on your caseload as needed
_____Participate in monthly case and chart reviews with the Team Leader as needed
_____Attend weekly program meetings
_____Submit crisis intervention documentation, if any, daily to the program coordinator
_____Ability to work non-traditional hours
_____Basic computer skills
_____Additional duties as assigned
