Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lifeguard Hiring Manager to lead our recruitment and onboarding efforts for seasonal and year-round lifeguard teams. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with experience in talent acquisition, scheduling, and staff management—especially in the recreation, hospitality, or aquatic industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for lifeguards, pool attendants, and aquatic staff.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring events, and manage onboarding and certification verification.
- Build relationships with local schools, community organizations, and training centers to create recruitment pipelines.
- Oversee scheduling, attendance tracking, and communication with assigned lifeguard teams.
- Collaborate with regional management to ensure staffing levels meet client needs.
- Monitor staff performance and assist with disciplinary actions or performance improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
