Job DescriptionMetro Services is looking to hire Quality Inspectors for an Automotive manufacturing company in Washington, IN. This is a temp/contract position. Apply Now!
Duties for this position include:
- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, and stability samples
- Assist in analyzing processes for improvements, failure modes, stability, and capability
- Perform visual inspections of finished products
- Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Participate in internal assessments and audits
- Complete miscellaneous reporting, administrative, and other quality-related functions for the Quality Control Department as required
Compensation (USD):
Day Shift$14.00 - 14.50/hour
Night Shift$16.00 - $16.50/hour

Day & Night shifts

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- (2) years of Quality Control experience (education may substitute)
- Experience with manufacturing processes, tooling, quality control methods, and statistical process control (SPC)
- Injection plastics and Urethane process experience are a plus
- Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment is a plus
- Ability to lift 60 lbs.
- Basic math skills
