We’re looking for a receptionist who will be the first voice our clients hear—someone friendly, organized, and reliable.
Position Overview:
The Receptionist will answer and direct incoming calls, take detailed messages, and provide a warm, professional first impression for clients and potential clients. This is a remote position, but punctuality, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally during business hours

Greet callers with warmth and empathy, especially clients in distress

Take accurate messages and promptly forward them to the appropriate team member

Route calls to attorneys or staff as needed

Maintain confidentiality in all client communications

Provide basic information about the firm and our practice areas

Assist with scheduling calls or meetings as directed

Log calls and messages in the firm’s system
Qualifications:

Prior experience as a receptionist, call center representative, 911 or crisis call center or similar role preferred

Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, pleasant phone voice

Excellent listening skills and ability to take accurate notes/messages

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace

Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer applications (email, calendars, messaging platforms)

Commitment to punctuality and consistent availability during scheduled hours
Compensation:
