Job Title: Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)

Location: Multiple openings across Laredo,TX and Santa Fe, NM & Roswell, NM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $200,000 – $400,000 annually (based on experience and location)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified Otolaryngologist to join our growing network of healthcare providers in Texas and New Mexico. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and associated structures of the head and neck. This role offers a mix of outpatient and surgical responsibilities, with opportunities for partnership and relocation support depending on the location.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with ENT-related conditions.
• Perform diagnostic tests including audiograms and imaging studies.
• Carry out surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, sinus surgeries, and myringotomies.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up consultations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including audiologists and speech therapists.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in otolaryngology through continuing education.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Otolaryngology.
• Active medical license in Texas or New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong surgical skills and patient care orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
