• Perform high-quality carpentry work on residential and light commercial projects
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Physically capable of lifting materials and working in active job site conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders, staging, and lifts
