Landscape Laborer Outdoor Work Full Time

About Sustain Lawn and LandscapeSustain Lawn and Landscape is a growing landscaping and lawn maintenance company serving the Greater Lansing area. We provide professional lawn care landscape maintenance and outdoor services for residential and commercial properties.
Position OverviewSustain Lawn and Landscape is hiring Landscape Laborers to maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Lansing area.
This is a hands on outdoor role working as part of a team completing lawn care and landscaping services.
No prior experience required. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform mowing trimming and edging
- Assist with landscaping and property maintenance
- Operate lawn care equipment safely
- Load and unload tools and materials
- Follow daily service routes with the crew
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting and bending
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Preferred
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience
- Experience operating commercial equipment
- Valid drivers license
Compensation and Benefits
- $16 to $18 dollars per hour
- Health insurance after 90 days
