About the Role
As a Business Consultant, you’ll drive new business development by building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored HR and business solutions. This role manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting through implementation, while consistently achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, pricing, contracts, and implementation support.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and deliver customized solutions based on client needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting within Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience and successful onboarding.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and company events.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or business development experience preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Pay range and compensation package
120k-150k OTE, on the First Year
