Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Richmond, Virginia. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs using advanced e-learning tools and techniques, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and compliance standards. This position requires a proactive approach to creating impactful learning experiences and collaborating across departments to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement high-quality training courses using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions through platforms like Cisco Webex Meetings to ensure effective learner engagement.
• Create and maintain e-learning modules and courseware tailored to organizational needs.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departments to align training programs with company policies and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all training materials and delivery methods.
• Provide documentation and reporting on training processes and outcomes, supporting system implementation and project management efforts.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing learner inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist in the administration of HRIS systems to support training initiatives and employee development.
• Contribute to the development of communication strategies to promote training programs and their benefits.• Proficiency in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline for creating engaging training materials.
• Experience with Cisco Webex Meetings or similar virtual training platforms.
• Strong knowledge of e-learning development and courseware design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and their application in training programs.
• Background in Human Resources or HR administration is preferred.
• Ability to manage projects and implement systems related to training and development.
• Proven ability to evaluate training effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.
