About the Opportunity
CV Resources is partnering with a 100+ year-old industry leader in the manufacturing space, to fill an urgent Payroll / HR Administrator role. This is a full-time, onsite temporary position with the potential to transition into a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.
The VP of HR is seeking someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate support with both payroll and HR functions. If you have a blended background in payroll/HR and thrive in a hands-on environment (and Paycom experience) this is an excellent chance to step in and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities
-
Process payroll accurately and timely (Paycom system experience strongly preferred)

Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee files, and compliance tasks

Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries

Provide general HR and payroll support to the VP of HR as needed

Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
Ideal Candidate
-
2+ years of combined payroll and HR experience
-
Experience with Paycom payroll/HRIS software (required)

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality

Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
-
Flexible, reliable, and able to start immediately
