Job Title: Travel Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse – Circulator (Nights)

Job Description: Malone Healthcare is seeking a skilled, emergency-ready OR Circulator for a 13-week travel assignment at Parkview Hospital Randallia in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role features a stable, bi-weekly night shift schedule with strong educational orientation and facility support.

Position Highlights:

  • Location: Fort Wayne, IN
  • Facility: Parkview Hospital Randallia
  • Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Nurse / Circulator
  • Shift: 12-Hour Nights (18:30 – 07:00)
  • Schedule Pattern: Rotating bi-weekly schedule (Week 1: Mon/Tue/Wed; Week 2: Tue/Wed/Thu)
  • Target Start Date: 06/29/2026
  • Duration: 13 weeks

Unit Dynamics & Patient Care:

  • Ratios: 1:1 dedicated patient care.
  • Unit Size: 4 Operating Rooms and 2 specialized procedure rooms.
  • Team Model: You will circulate cases alongside two surgical technologists.
  • Key Populations: General Periop care, with a strong focus on emergency surgical interventions including emergency C-sections.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of recent OR Circulator experience. Must be fully competent handling independent surgical emergencies.
  • Systems: Experience with EPIC electronic charting and Pyxis medication systems is highly preferred.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Active Indiana RN License, AHA BLS, and AHA ACLS must be active.
  • Call Requirements: Must participate in the facility's call rotation (1 weekday call every 2-3 weeks; 1 weekend call every 8 weeks).
  • Geographic Note: Travelers must reside 50+ miles from the facility to secure the maximum travel bill rate. Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to a standard facility rate reduction.
