About the Role
We're on the lookout for two dynamic Clinical Trainer & Support Specialists to join our growing Customer Success team. Your mission? To champion the seamless onboarding, training, and ongoing support for VELACUR users. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile start-up environment and desires to positively impact patient care.

Reporting to our Customer Training and Development Manager, you'll embark on nationwide adventures, with up to 60% travel across the U.S. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to ignite change in patient care from your home office!


Responsibilities

  • Lead successful onboarding and training of VELACUR users, both remotely and in-person, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.
  • Offer timely customer and technical support to maintain user confidence and smooth operations.
  • Monitor and enhance scan quality through proactive customer engagement and training interventions.
  • Showcase VELACUR through virtual or in-person demos, driving sales and expanding our reach.
  • Assist in crafting engaging training materials and programs for users and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to pinpoint training needs and enhance product usability.
  • Capture and report customer feedback, fueling ongoing product improvements.
  • Contribute to broader product enhancement efforts, particularly in usability.
  • Other related duties, as required.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Sciences, Science, or Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in medical training or education, with practical medical imaging exposure.
  • Proficiency in ultrasound imaging is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with medical professionals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the U.S. Ability to travel to Canada on occasion.
  • US citizen or permanent resident.
  • Valid drivers license and passport.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in autonomy and adapts readily to evolving demands.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and adept with email and calendar tools.
  • Experience using a CRM system is an asset.
