Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Pay Rate: $30.00/hr
Location: Plano, TX (Position is remote but candidates local to Plano, TX for occasional onsite work are preferred)
Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST
Note: This is a W2 contract role; C2C & 3 rd Party Candidates will NOT be considered
We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process for o Our Digital & Technology (D&T) Team, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding new hires for the D&T Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, excels in project management, and can seamlessly juggle ad hoc priorities and projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, and panel interviews) across different countries and time zones
- Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication with candidates
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers
- Facilitate pre-hire processes, ensuring all new hire documentation and systems access are completed
- Support Day 1 onboarding processes and maintain a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Partner with IT and hiring teams to ensure new hires are set up with tools, resources, and technology
- Manage recruitment processes using Monday.com or similar project management tools to streamline workflows
- Track recruiting activity, hiring timelines, and metrics to ensure goals are met
- Support ad hoc projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and data reporting for recruiting metrics
- Ensure a high-touch and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding
- Act as a point of contact for candidate questions, interview logistics, and feedback follow-ups
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline recruiting operations
- Assist with special HR projects, process documentation, and tools implementation
Position Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support
- Proficiency in Monday.com (or similar PM tools, such as Trello or SmartSheets)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience in high-volume environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
- A hunger for process improvement and automation
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
