Experience:

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end planning for allocation and deployment of field resources.
- Handle customer communications for all service events.
- Coordinate scheduling and manage complex customer interactions.
- Apply prioritization logic to meet customer commitments.
- Collaborate with field management and internal stakeholders.
- Manage capacity planning to meet cyclical demand.
- Reprioritize activities and resources in a dynamic environment.
- Support service engineers and strategic partners.
- Participate in multitasking activities across multiple systems and teams.
Should Have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or medical device industry preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle complex issues.
- Self-starter with high initiative and ownership mindset.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
- Familiarity with Magellan Genesis phone system is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualification and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
