You will report directly to the Clinical Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapy services alongside vocational and educational programs, as directed and overseen by a licensed Occupational Therapist, in alignment with the patient's Treatment Plan.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing the retraining program, which includes skills for dressing, feeding, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Document and communicate observed information and progress in patient records, along with preparing clinical notes.
  • Engage in care coordination and discharge planning, serving as a resource for other healthcare professionals to meet patient needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Possession of a current and valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina.
  • A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable transportation.
  • Current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Home Health settings.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is between $41.00 - $57.00 per visit/unit, translating to an annual base salary of $64,000 - $87,500.

Additional Information

  • Driving Requirements: Participation in our driver safety program necessitates a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum coverage of 100/300/100.
  • TB Screening: As this role involves patient interaction, you will be required to undergo tuberculosis screening if selected.

The compensation range provided reflects a good faith estimate of the starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, education, and certifications.
