Responsibilities:
• Process and enter orders accurately into company systems, ensuring timely and efficient handling.
• Support the sales team by managing quotes, purchase orders, and other customer-related documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with account representatives to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on open orders.
• Generate reports and maintain data integrity using tools such as Excel and SharePoint.
• Assist in transitioning data from legacy systems to new platforms as needed.
• Multi-task effectively to prioritize competing deadlines and workloads.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication and task management.
• Maintain business casual professionalism in all interactions and workplace conduct.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and learn new systems as required.
• Proven experience in customer service, order entry, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and filters; familiarity with VLOOKUPs is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Comfortable using Office 365 applications, including Outlook and Teams.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and Smartsheet is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn new systems and adapt to evolving processes.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
