Help us continue our growth by initiating conversations with ideal prospects. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls. Hunt for potential customers via cold calls, networking, and events. Build referral networks and maintain CRM records. Use Microsoft 365 and AI tools to manage tasks and messaging. Represent our values with professionalism and integrity.
Performance Goals
- 50+ outbound calls/day
- 2+ qualified leads/day
- 2+ discovery calls/week
- Active participation in meetings and training
