We are seeking motivated and growth-oriented individuals to join our team in a Business Development Leader or Management Trainee capacity. This opportunity focuses on building client relationships, providing personalized solutions, and developing leadership skills within a supportive and performance-driven environment.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that offers flexibility and a clear path for professional growth. Prior management experience is not required for trainees. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in training and professional development programs
- Meet or exceed individual performance goals
- Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members as leadership responsibilities increase
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies
- Complete client applications accurately and assist with problem resolution when needed

Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain any required state licenses (we assist if selected)
- Reliable internet access and ability to participate in virtual meetings
