We are seeking motivated and growth-oriented individuals to join our team in a Business Development Leader or Management Trainee capacity. This opportunity focuses on building client relationships, providing personalized solutions, and developing leadership skills within a supportive and performance-driven environment.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity that offers flexibility and a clear path for professional growth. Prior management experience is not required for trainees. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Participate in training and professional development programs
  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members as leadership responsibilities increase
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance with company policies
  • Complete client applications accurately and assist with problem resolution when needed

  • Professional or sales experience preferred

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Willingness to obtain any required state licenses (we assist if selected)
  • Reliable internet access and ability to participate in virtual meetings
