How you will make an impact:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will support the clinical leadership at our skilled nursing facility. This role involves coordinating nursing services, overseeing care plans, monitoring regulatory compliance, and assisting with staff supervision, training, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality resident care. Responsibilities also include participating in audits, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm with on-call responsibilities. Holiday and weekend rotations required.
What you will need:
- Nursing Degree or completion of nursing program is required.
- An active RN license in the state of Indiana is required.
- Effective Leadership and computer skills.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in LTC required.
