• Share your growing product knowledge to help customers understand features and find the perfect vehicle.

• Hit quality and performance goals that help keep our customer satisfaction top-notch.

• Follow Bowser Automotive policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

What You Bring

• Outstanding listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs.

• Comfort with basic computer skills and CRM software - and a willingness to learn quickly.

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional, and energetic personality.

• A self-motivated mindset that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• The ability to build rapport with customers over the phone and online.

• Sales experience is great, but not required - we'll help you grow!

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
