What we’re looking for:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license for California
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Experience or fieldwork in education settings (K-12 preferred)
• Understanding of education terminology, standardized assessments, and the special education process
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying caseloads and school assignments
• Knowledge of CDE OT/PT guidelines is advantageous
• Comfort with full-time, onsite commitments for the duration of the contract

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct therapy services to diverse caseloads across K-12 grade levels
• Conducting assessments and contributing to IEP processes
• Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student participation and success
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with federal, state, and local guidelines
