PCB Manager
Location: Rochester Hills, MI (On-site, Direct Hire)
Compensation: $100K–$110K (Based on experience) + PTO, 401K, Medical/Dental
We are looking for a PCB Manager to lead and support production operations within a fast-paced electronic manufacturing environment. This role will focus on the efficient management of PCB assembly and cable/harness production, process improvements, and team leadership to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the PCB manufacturing team and daily operations

Analyze and improve manufacturing methods and processes

Create and maintain work instructions and process documentation

Maximize efficiency by evaluating layout, workflow, and labor utilization

Determine equipment, tools, and parts needed for production goals

Collaborate with customers on product design and specification requirements

Provide leadership on best practices in manufacturing execution

Monitor and ensure key process analytics and performance metrics are met

Oversee plant-wide functions, including production, materials, finance, quality, HR, and IT

Calculate labor, material, and production costs
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing with specific PCB experience

Familiarity with quality standards such as IPC610, IPC620, ISO9001, ISO 13485 is a plus
-
Experience with PCB assembly, cable, and harness manufacturing

Strong project management skills, including use of SWOT analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience:

Hands-on experience in production management, scheduling, and supervision

Familiarity with Epicor ERP (a plus)
