Summary

Titania is seeking a proactive, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for technology and professional services roles. This individual will be responsible for managing 100% of the recruiting life cycle — from requisition intake to onboarding support — primarily as an individual contributor. They will partner closely with hiring managers, leverage Greenhouse for applicant tracking, and uphold an efficient, candidate-centric process that aligns with our hiring goals.

This is not a fully remote position. Regular in-office attendance at our offices in McLean, VA, will be required.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand roles, requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Draft and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through phone screens, assessments, and interviews.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels.

Greenhouse & ATS Ownership

  • Use Greenhouse as the primary Applicant Tracking System (ATS): creating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, tracking interview feedback, scheduling, reporting, and ensuring data quality.
  • Run standard and ad-hoc reports for hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity tracking).
  • Maintain consistent status updates and compliance with internal recruiting workflows and audit practices.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to anticipate workforce needs.
  • Educate managers on recruiting best practices, interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and process expectations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting policies and government contractor hiring nuances.

Interview & Offer Management

  • Schedule interviews across distributed schedules and time zones.
  • Facilitate interview feedback collection and candidate debriefs.
  • Prepare offers in collaboration with HR leadership; support offer negotiations and closures.

Recruiting Metrics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize sourcing and selection.
  • Recommend process improvements to reduce bottlenecks and improve candidate experience.
  • Contribute to HR team efforts and staffing strategy development.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with OFCCP and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of prior relevant recruiting experience (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)-at least last 2 years must be focused on Technical Recruiting
  • Consultative approach toward clients with proven ability to influence others and build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ability and desire to network with and source candidates utilizing a multitude of technology platforms.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS (daily, advanced usage preferred).
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in government contracting or supporting cleared positions.
  • Certifications such as AIRS/PRC or SHRM/PHR.
